Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business or information technology systems, or Accounting/Finance; Advanced degree is preferred
• Minimum five (5) years experience in Healthcare information systems
• Minimum three (3) years management experience
• Experience in man! aging technology assessments, developing strategic recommendat! ions, and implementing solutions
• Experience in business process improvement, leveraging information and technology
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance

Preferred Qualifications * Proficient in MS SQL or similar database/query language

• Understanding of C/C++/C#, .Net programming languages
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
• Proficient with MS Office computer based software
• Customer focused
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to speak to various sized groups
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information
• Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, families, and other employees at all levels
