POSITION SUMMARY:

This is a newly created position with the ED Department. The Manager of Process Improvement/Trauma will be responsible for hospital wide trauma certification, continued standardization of best practices, and will assist with staff education and continued service line excellence.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Licensed as a RN in the state of TX
BSN Preferred
Five years previous management experience in an ED setting
