Ideal candidate will have...

• Strong management and organizational skills
• Current RN Texas state license
• Experience in an acute rehab setting or SNF strongly preferred.
• Fast paced rehab centered community with high volume admit and d/c.
• Thorough understanding of regulatory process, MDS and care planning process
• Know documentation requirements and be drive by quality care standards

Director of Nursing... will provide planning, developing, implementing and directing services to the nursing service department. The ideal candidate will also determine staffing needs of the nursing service department and conduct daily rounds to observe residents and to determine if nursing needs are being met.
