NURSES THAT CARE Home Health Services NTC, an established Home Health Agency with location! s Valley wide, has openings in the Upper Valley area for the following positions: Marketing Representative We have an opportunity for an energetic professional to establish community relationships with physicians, patients, discharge planners and other health care workers. Must have working knowledge of community resources with experience in home health preferred as well as familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid rules and regulations. BA degree in Marketing or social services preferred. Registered Nurse Full-time RN needed to manage the complete clinical care process for each case assigned with assistance from our team of professional, office staff, and medical providers.
