Career Services Coordinator
Galen College of Nursing is seeking a Career Services Coordinat! or for our San Antonio Campus. This position is responsible for ensuring that Galen’s graduate placement goals are maintained for all classes. The Career Services Coordinator is responsible for continuous follow-up with students and graduates to assist with job placement, as well as securing employment information, documenting in Campus Vue and providing reports and statistics as needed. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local employers and acting as a liaison between job-seeking students and employers. The Career Services Coordinator will plan, organize, and implement career service-related programs consistent with Galen’s mission and values.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of two to three years successful experience in a healthcare/marketing/recruitment or related field. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products. Campus Vue experience preferred. Excellent oral and w! ritten communication skills, professional demeanor and appeara! nce. Dependable transportation required for frequent local travel. Membership in a professional career services organization is a plus.
