Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or appropriate education to meet requirements at a level necessary to accomplish the job
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator -state specific licensing is not required as this person will not be an acting Executive Director
• Minimum five (5) years proven leadership experience in turn around facilities as a Licensed Administrator
• Proven track record in performance management and effective leadership
• Ability to travel extensively including overnight stays and for extended periods of time
• Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
