Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or appropriate education to meet requirements at a level necessary to accomplish the job
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator -state specific licensing is not required as this person will not be an acting Executive Director
- Minimum five (5) years proven leadership experience in turn around facilities as a Licensed Administrator
- Proven track record in performance management and effective leadership
- Ability to travel extensively including overnight stays and for extended periods of time
- Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance

- Demonstrates a firm understanding of applicable federal, state, and local regulations covering all aspects of business including but not limited to Finance, Clinical, Human Resources etc., in addition to accrediting organization standards
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn company-specific computer systems
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information
- Must have the ability to relat! e professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, f! amilies, and other employees at all levels
