SUMMARY: RN Case Manager
responsible to manage resource utilization and clinical outcomes for
patients as w! ell discharge needs of the patients. RN will also be
responsible to help with the denial management
process.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS :
1.
Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
2.
Experience in Health Care
preferred
3. Must
demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS’s Compliance
Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and
procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and
immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance
Officer.
EDUCATION / LICENSURE:
1. Licensed in
the State of Texas
2. BLS within
6 months of hire
3. Registered
Nurse Licensed in the State of Texas; graduate of an accredited
school of nursing
