JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1) Registered Nurse (RN) with unrestricted, current license in the state of operations - Texas.
2) Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
3) Five years of Utilization Management/Quality Assurance experience in the Managed Care environment.
4) Five years of management experience.
5) Familiar with accrediting body requirements (TDI), and NCQA policies and procedures.
6) Experience in Managed Care programs and procedural development at the HMO level.
