About the Position

The MedSurg Nurse Manager reports to the Director of Medical Surgical Services, and is responsible for the leadership, coordination, planning, organizing, and evaluation of the Oncology/Dialysis department with 30+ beds and 60+ FTEs. The Manager must collaborate and coordinate with departmental leadership through effective communication, developing and recommending policies, procedures, and programs with recognized techniques and procedures, establ! ished standards, and administrative policies.

Require! ments

• TX RN and BSN required
• Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration highly preferred
• At least three (3) years of relevant progressive management experience required
