Description: Beck-Field & Associates is presently looking of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (ONCOLOGY) right now, this vacancy will be placed in Texas. More details about this vacancy opportunity kindly read the description below. Experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner needed for busy medical oncology practice in San Antonio. Will be responsible for pro! viding primary care in collaborative joint practice with the physicians to patients and/or family members. Will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for individual patients; initiate and document appropriate interventions; evaluate and record patient/family response within practice protocol; and prescribe drug therapies per protocol/physician consultation. Will also assist physician and perform procedures as needed; conduct patient assessments and provides physician with information prior to seeing the patient.
Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program and 2-3 years ONCOLOGY experience preferred. Current Texas license required. Position is full time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am â€" 5:00pm, no nights, no weekends and no call. Group offers competitive benefits and compensation.
