Location: Weatherford Texas

Description: CHS-Home Care is at present looking to employ LPN/LVN HH right now, this position will be placed in Texas. More details about this position opportunity kindly read the description below. Provision of nursing services in accordance with applicable state licensure status, and in compliance with agency policies and procedures, applicable health care standards, and governmental laws and regulations. These servi! ces are performed in accordance with the physicians' orders and under the direction and supervision of an RN or Director of Patient Services.

Administers skilled nursing care with appropriate documentation, under the supervision of a registered nurse and the physician directed plan of treatment.

The Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) supplements the nursing care needs of the client as provided by the Registered Nurse.

Qualifications:Education:
Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed vocational Nurse in the State of Practice

Experience:
Minimum of one year clinical experience in the hospital setting and 2 years' home healthcare nursing experience also required.

Licenses/Certificates:
Must have reliable transportation, current driver's license, and proof of current auto insurance. Possess current CPR license. Current LPN/LVN license in state of practice.
