Further informations about this vacancy opportunity please read the description below. Summary: We are seeking a full-time Reimbursement Analyst in the Medicare Department. The Reimbursement Analyst will be responsible for the prompt and thorough submission o! f skilled nursing facility claims and follow-up of accounts to obtain payment or final disposition of claims, performs functions pertinent to all phases of medical reimbursement including timely submission of claims, invoices, and other related responsibilities necessary to the continued success of the department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Collection experience with all Insurance Payers
Medical Billing including Medicare, Medicaid, Insurance, Governmental Sources, Contract, and Private Pay
Reconcile accounts.
Post payments as well as research and review payment discrepancies.
Process billing correction forms and adjustments.
Ability to manage accounts receivables for multiple facilities and payers.
Other duties assigned to meet goals and needs of the company.

Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have experience with Medicare. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical o! ffice/SNF and experience in billing and reimbursement with sta! te, federal, and private insurers is required. Medical billing experience in Skilled Nursing Facility/Long Term Care Industry preferred.
Experience with insurance billing and collection
Experience in collection of accounts
Attention to detail
Knowledge of ICD-9, HCPCS, CPT coding, and HIPPA compliance
Electronic Billing Experience
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication skills
Works well in a team environment
