Develops, manages and maintains regional relationship to assigned payer accounts for a book of business with annual revenue! exceeding $10MM. Customer facing exemplifying a healing focus, a selfless heart and a tireless resolve to payer zone community. Manages self as well as teams implementation of regional and national sales and account management of current and future product offerings to assigned clients consisting of (and not limited to) the following: horizontal selling (growth), lead generation, developing and increasing direction of care, building brand awareness, service and issue resolution, implementing and executing uniquely defined mutual strategies, stewardship reporting, client consultation and overall customer satisfaction of all assigned accounts.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Major activities involved in the work performed.
Develops and manages self and teams successful relationships with assigned group of payor accounts, consisting of the following: Insurance Carriers, Third Party Administrators, Managed Care/Managed Provider Networks, Profess! ional Organizations, PBM, and Specialty Networks, .
R! esponsible for expanded knowledge of all of Concentraâs product offerings and the sales and execution of such, focusing on growing the clinic penetration and market share for zone exceeding assigned revenue growth for each assigned account.
Participates in continuing education programs on company products, services, sales training and industry compliance
Implements Regional, National and Integrated Sales strategies and programs into the local market
Maintains productivity to meet and exceed the budgeted incremental revenue expectations.
Conducts, leads and sponsors external presentations/stewardship/meetings/strategy meetings.
Territory management to include: payor office visits and meeting with claims manager, supervisors, adjusters and nurse case managers.
Participates in goal setting strategy sessions monthly and quareternly specific to mutual accounts between payer and division.
Participates with in! ternal teams to assist in the development of customer specific customer service protocol and strategies. Assist in improving services delivered at the Center/Centers.
Continually evaluates the need for the following: needs assessment, sales call/product presentation, sales proposals and expansion, rate negotiation, providers and benefit comparisons, coordinates installation and implementation of services sold.
Interfaces with internal departments to assist with developing and setting account strategy, managing contracting and price increases and understanding and controlling total profitability of assigned account(s).
Manage personal and Payor Director Manager reporting through C4 activity.
Maintain and submit to Assistant/Vice President of Payer Sales and Account Management periodic outcome, pipeline forecasting, revenue performance (growth), statistical reports and issue resolution.
Meets or exceeds periodic growth goals! and product expansion established with supervisor.
Identifies! problems with assigned/unassigned payor/TPA/network accounts and facilitates timely solutions with specific company business unit. Main contact between payer issues and division resolution.
Develops payor sales lead efforts with zone and regional sales team and other zone disciplines in order to meet or exceed growth goals.
Responsible for review and analysis of the financial performance of assigned territories to sales, area and zone management.
Partcipates in and assists with continuing education programs for client.
Participates in and assists with coordination of payer audits by working with Central Billing Office (CBO) to ensure appropriate reimbursement for services rendered.
Meets with zone and corporate leadership in various areas to review quality of care.
Acts as primary client facing relationship to assigend payors.
Additional professional responsibilities as assigned.
SCOPE MEASURES:!
Revenue size responsible for $10MM+ annually. The revenue goals are set annually based upon corporate budgeted goals for year. 10 or more zone payer accounts will be assigned.

Required Experience
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
Bachelorâs degree required.
JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE:
5 + years of relevant sales experience in Healthcare/P&C Insurance/Workers Compensation/Managed Care.
