Current Texas CNA certificate; CPR certified from American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Previous hospital based experience preferred. Must have organizat! ional and follow-through skills, be self motivated, adaptable, willing to work as part of a team and able to take direction from licensed staff. Will assist in bedside care of patients with ADL's to include patient baths, perform vital signs, I&O's, glucose monitoring as well as other duties assigned by the licensed staff. Computer skills necessary, minimum 25wpm EMR and Soarian documentation. Able to communicate with patients, families, multiple departments and other healthcare professionals clearly and effectively. Self motivated, outgoing, friendly and compassionate individual with a commitment to customer service to ensure patient and family customer satisfaction.
Full-time CNA 7pm to 7am of varied days to include weekdays, weekends and holiday rotation.
