Girling Health Care Community Care office in Dallas, TX is currently seeking a well qualified Registered Nurse to perform home based assessments with the aged and disabled! population. RN will assess patient’s health and safety including, functional abilities, homebound status, environmental and social factors. RN will make appropriate recommendations and referrals. Must be organized, detail oriented, good communicator and reliable. Dependable transportation is essential. Must be able to work independently. Flexible schedule. Good pay rate (Fee for Service) with generous mileage reimbursement. Current Texas RN license required. Minimum 2 years nursing experience.
Bilingual a plus.
