Incredible opportunity for a motivated and experienced Surgical Services Director. This position is with a reputable! 374 bed hospital in north Texas area. Wonderful city to live, work & play! Level III Trauma Center & Accredited Chest Pain Center.

Seeking someone enthusiastic, ready to take on a challenge, & able to revamp department.

Director of Surgical Services

• Relocation Assistance will be provided & 3 months temp housing
• Director will lead the re-opening of the Acute Pain Management Program; implement a daVinci program; play an active role in restructuring the Surgical Department, increasing surgical services volumes, and growing market shares
• 9000 cases per year; 12 OR suites, 1 CVOR, 2 Cystoscopy Rooms
• Responsible for 10 Direct reports; 100 full time staff

Experience : 3+ years Director level experience in Surgical Department with 10+ OR Suites

Education :
Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN);
Masters Degree or attained within 3 years
Registered Nurse
