Description: Advanced Medical is at present looking to employ Travel Physical Therapist PTA Skilled Nursing 13 Weeks in Baytown TX right now, this job will be placed in Texas. More details about this job opportunity kindly see the descriptions. Advanced Medical is looking to fill a position for a traveling physical therapy assistant in a Skilled Nursing setting. The chosen applicant will relocate to Baytown, TX to work within one of our prestigious rehabilitation companies. The ideal candidate for this thirteen week assignment will have experience in working in an Skilled Nursing setting. First hand knowledge in all facets of rehabilitation with the geriatric population is also required. The PTA job requires all candidates be productive 85-95% during this assignment, while assisting the physical therapist in all facets of patient rehabilitation, from diagnosing the patient’s limitations, developing and implementing the best plan of treatment to assessing the patient’s progress and providing patient education. The physical therapy assistant will have the opportunity to provide our patients with daily therapeutic interventions within our rehabilitation environment in accordance with the treatment plan established in collaboration with the physical therapist, physicians and other health care providers. The applicant will gain the experience and insight from participating within an interdisciplinary Skilled Nursing team. Candidates should have a working knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance companies and the ability to complete computerized documentation.
