HERE IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY AS A MANAGER TO:
Deliver exceptional service to our patients, physicians, guests, co workers, volunteers and vendors Perform position in a manner that promotes employee, patient and physician satisfaction, continuous performance improvement, and/or community involvement Maintain education and development appropriate for position Develop and implement a plan for assuring delivery of individual goal directed nursing care through the use of the nursing process with patient safety as the primary goal Provide care/treatment/services within the Synergy Model and Evidenced Based Practices Demonstrate expertise in selecting and managing unit based staff Delegate tasks appropriate to meet the needs of the individual patient and to the skills of the employee supervised Review budget and assume responsibility for maintaining operating expenses at target levels

A WELL QUALIFIED CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
