NuScriptRX, Inc. is seeking a part time certified pharmacy technician (5-10 hrs./week) for the weekly restocking of our emergency drug cart. The emergency drug cart is located within an Amarillo, Texas nursing facility. Candidates must be a licensed certified pharmacy technician in Texas.

DUTIES

Once weekly (Tuesday) restocking of the NuScriptRX emergency medication cart. This requires receipt of medication from pharmacy, and restocking per protocol, to a secure emergency medication cart.

Weekly physical inventory of emergency drug cart and IV cart(s)

Checking for expiring medications and communicating the need for replacements

Returning patient cycle medications to the pharmacy

Providing customer service to the facility

Coordinate activities with the Nashville based pharmacy to properly reorder, restock, and update perpetual inventory with the emergency cart.

Other duties as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Texas certified pharmacy technician license Once weekly (Tuesday) restocking of the NuScriptRX emergency medication cart. This requires receipt of medication from pharmacy, and restocking per protocol, to a secure emergency medication cart.
