Job Summary
The Nursing Assistant I performs basic patient care by assisting in activities of daily living of patients under the direction of a licensed nurse. The Nursing Assistant I may also be responsible for clerical and receptionist duties under direct supervision of the supervisor of the department worked. The Nursing Assistant I may also perform transportation duties.
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant Training Course.
Experience:
1 yr. Experience as a Nursing Assistant
Training:
License/Certification:
Current Nursing Assistant Certification. Current BCLS.
