Williamsburg Village Healthcare Campus, a 242-bed skilled nursing facility located in DeSoto, Texas, located 20 minutes south of Dallas, is a leading provider of long-term care, rehabilitation and memory care services and is conducting a search for an Weekend RN Supervisor. Williamsburg Village is a StoneGate Senior Living managed property, which means that facility leadership will be supported with a team of consultants with expertise in operations, clinical services, social services, dining services, reimbursement and human resources.

The Weekend RN Supervisor will be responsible for supervising charge nurses and other caregivers, ensuring that clinical systems and programs are functioning as intended, and overseeing the care of the facility’s residents.

The ideal candidate will have the following credentials:
 a current RN license in the state of Texas or ability to obtain one  2 -3 years of skilled nursing facility experience with a solid understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance  nursing management experience and/or staff development experience required
