The Director Womens Services - RN - Registered Nurse provides servant leadership and guidance to the Womens Services units with responsibility for planning, directing, and evaluating the patient care and services provided. This position will provide oversight to a department that is committed to quality care.

IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR Director Womens Services - RN - Registered Nurse

Must have a BSN or currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing program; and must also be enrolled in a Masters program (MSN, MHA, or MBA) within 1 year of hire. Must have a minimum of 3 years relevant clinical experience in women services Minimum of 2 years of current management experiences in women services Familiar with Board of Nursing laws and regulations Fiscally responsible for multiple departments Must have current or compact RN licensure in the state of Texas BLS, ACLS,NRP, and STABLE
