Registered Nurse wi! th at least two (2) years of clinical experience, preferably in home health or acute care setting. Strong Med/surg or cardiac background desired.
Knowledge of hospitals, skilled nursing/rehab facilities including casemanagement and discharge planning needs
Strong knowledge of government home health regulations, CMS/Medicare coverage requirements/guidelines for home health care
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills and ability to communicate with all employees within an organization, as well as referral sources and healthcare professionals.
