Position Summary:
The Director-Case Management orients, guides, and
oversees t! he case managers and social workers within the
organization. Ensures that the case managers and social
workers assess, plan and deliver care appropriate to the
age specifics of every claimant. The individual
implements and supports a culture of continuous quality
improvement, supports the CMSA standard of practice,
URAC guidelines, code of professional conduct and the
federal regulations on confidentiality.

Job Requirements:Requirements:
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing,
BSN preferred. Requires at least 5 years of relevant
clinical medical/surgical experience, supervisory
experience preferred. Must have a current RN license and
required to pursue ongoing education, certification, and
self-development to remain current with industry
standards. Must have effective communication, strong
organizational skills and proven effective supervisory
skills.
