About the Opportunity Lubbock Accute Care, a with a 37 bed wing -LTACH (long term acute care hospital) with private rooms and 4 ICU Beds which provides long-term acute-care services.

Lubbock Accute Care is located at 4302 Princeton St, Lubbock, TX 79415 off of North Quaker between Loop 289 and the Clovis Highway.

Basic Function: Directs, assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and oversees the care provided to a patient in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan of care and under the general direction of the Team Leader. Responsible for the coordination of care for a caseload of patients while promoting the team approach for the delivery of patient care. May be on-call for after hours work. Directs the care provided by all resources, provides supervisory direction to the certified nursing assistants. Qualifications RN, TX license Prefer one year of professional nursing experience in patient care. Hospice and or home health experience desired. Valid drivers license and auto insurance required.
