Description
Home Health Registered Nurses needed for full time positions for a hospital based (with a multi-agency home health system) Medicare Certified Home Health Agency; with current Joint Commission Certification. The agency is restructuring, preparing for rapid health care changes, experiencing agency growth. Join a team of dedicated professionals focused on quality, patient goals, patient outcomes, and prevention of hospital readmissions!
Qualifications:
Experie! nce in home health is required: must have at least one yea! r of experience as a professional nurse in a clinical setting:
Apply only if have home health current experience of 1-3 years full time experience with the knowledge of Medicare Regulations and OASIS documentation

Detailed clinical electronic documentation is required since documentation is the only picture any medical review has of the patient. Unclear or incomplete clinical documentation may result in an unnecessary denial of payment.
Must meet the requirements of and be licensed by the State of Texas.
CPR certification required.
Computer skills are essential and utilized for all documentation.
Position is Full Time Employment with additional on call pay; also to meet the needs of our patients weekend work is on a rotating bases shared among the team of Registered Nurses.
