Looking for a self-motivated Desktop Support Analyst with excellent customer service skills who is able to interact with clinical and non-clinical (i.e. nurses, doctors, etc) staff for a prestigious healthcare provider in the Houston, TX area. Looking for someone with excellent documentation skills, practical problem solving skills and solid trouble shooting skills. This individual must possess excellent oral communication skills; the ability to work well with other people in a team oriented environment and the ability to install/deplo! y Windows based computers. Must be able to set priorities and ! be flexible in a fast paced environment. Ability to train end users
Requirements
Skill Requirements
Install, upgrade, and maintain desktop/laptop hardware and software, including creation and management of standard software images
Troubleshoots malfunctioning units using efficient problem solving techniques and departmental procedures.
Schedules and confirms own appointments and communicates directly with end users
Perform full data backup and full disk encryption on computers
Certification/License/Education
Technology certifications (A+, Net+, MCP, MCDST, etc) (Preferred)
Associates Degree
Bachelor’s Degree
