Description: Moore County Hospital District is currently seeking to employ RN right now, this vacancy will be placed in Texas. For detail informations about this vacancy opportunity please read the description below. Provides direct and indirect patient care in the home setting and within the home health department. Communicates with physicians, nurses, and other staff about patient's clinical condition including results of diagnosti! c studies and symptomatology. Responds quickly and accurately to changes in conditions or response to treatment. Additionally, provides case management of all care provided to assigned patients from admission to discharge. Delegates and supervises nursing tasks according to Texas law and department policy.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required. Experience in a home care or acute care setting is preferred.

LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Current Texas or compact RN license required. Current BCLS certification required. Current/valid Texas Drivers License required.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must have dependable vehicle available for use during all working hours with evidence of liability insurance coverage. Must be fluent in English including speaking, reading and writing.
