Education Requirements Must have certification as a surgical technologist and a graduate of ! an accredited surgical technology program or currently license! d registered nurse in Texas with extensive experience as an operating room nurse. License must be presented at time of interview.

Certification Requirements For surgical technologist certification, please submit certificate at time of interview.

Experience Requirements 36 months non-teaching work experience in the related field.

Note: Part-time work experience will be counted as half of full-time experience; for example, two (2) years of part-time experience will equal one (1) year of full-time experience.
