CNO position at a newly-renovated 300 bed for-profit hospital with two campuses located 100 miles (two hours) northeast! of Dallas-Forth Worth. The hospital is part of a proprietary system and in a lovely community of 25,000 population.

Reporting directly to the Hospital CEO and under administrative direction, the CNO serves as the highest-level senior nursing manager over various nursing-related patient care divisions within the hospital and serves as the chief expert for the hospital regarding professional nursing issues. Serves as an advocate for compliant behavior consistent with the mission, vision, and values of the multi-hospital system and the hospital.

The hospital needs someone who has success with Quality Measures and who can increase Nursing Satisfaction scores. This will take a stong personality who will mentor the staff and work effectively with the Management Team.

Requirements:
MSN required

For-profit experience preferred

3-5 years CNO experience in as progressive mid-size acute care hospital

TX RN license (or i! n process or Compact State)

Up to 10% travel
