Description: First Choice Emergency Room is in need of Policy & Procedures Coordinator right now, this career will be placed in Texas. More details about this career opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. The Policy & Procedures Coordinator is a temporary hire , and will last approximately 3 months. The Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Operations, and will assist ! with the implementation of the policy and procedure software.

Responsibilities:

• Edit current policies and procedures, including: re-formatting, re-wording and correcting grammatical errors.
• Responsible for assigning policy review and following-up with the management member to ensure timely review.
• Uploading revised policies into the new software efficiently and organized for the end-user.
• Creating and uploading the workflow policy.
• Research pictures and videos to add to the policies and procedures, in order to provide clarity for the end-user.

Qualifications:
Excellent writing skills
Well versed in formatting, grammar and syntax
Proficient typing skills
Must be efficient with Microsoft Word
Detail oriented
Ability to organize documents
Must be self-motivated and results driven
Preferred: medical terminology coursework, EMT, nursing school student, colleg! e student with interest in healthcare, previous healthcare pos! itions
