Looking for a change of scenery? We seek a Masters educated nurse with three (3) or more years of leadership experience for the role of Division Director â€" Surgical Services. In this role you will command the respect of the OR. You will earn the trust of nurses and other team members, encouraging open communication and the closest collaboration. You will serve as a leader in all aspects of inpatient and outpatient surgery. Your ! lead-by-example style will set the tone for increased motivati! on, performance and team spirit.

Candidates must have a Bachelors degree and be licensed as an RN in the state of Texas. Preference given to candidates with a Masters degree. Must have three (3) or more years of leadership experience as a Director or Assistant Director of surgical services. Strong preference given to candidates who have experience in an eight or more (8+) bed OR, teaching hospital of 250+ beds, and trauma center. Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong mentoring skills. Must have strong customer service orientation.
