Clinical Nurse Coordinator (RN) - Telemetry

We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Nurse Manager for our Telemetry Unit at The Heart Hospital

Job Summary:
Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and evaluates the clinical and management activities of the Telemetry Unit. Facilitates the provision of safe patient care by adherence to unit standards of care. Facilitates the development and execution of policies and procedures and unit standards of care. Supports the philosophy of holistic and individualized patient care. Collaborates in multi-disciplinary approach to patient care. Effectively manages nursing and material resources. Creates a climate conducive to teamwork and job satisfaction. Promotes positive multi-disciplinary communication.

Qualifications:
Experience Required: Previous management or House Supervisor experience and Acu! te Care clinical experience required. Telemetry/Cardiac experience a plus.

Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, BSN required.

License and Certification: Current Texas RN license or eligible. CPR
