About Our Facility:
Northwest Hills Surgical Hospital ia a general acute care hospital offering both inpatient and outpatient procedures.
Duties of Position: The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating patient care from admission to discharge. To assist in the organization and daily function of the operating room, clinical areas, and outpatient department in accordance with established federal, state, and Joint Commission regulations and Center policies and procedures. To assist Surgical Technologists and Physicians in direct patient care. To maintain a high standard of safety for the patient and staff members. Patient liaison! for care rendered. Serve as a role model and leader for Technologists and Nursing Assistants.
Requirements: RN Texas licensing and BLS required. ACLS required or course completed within 90 days of employment. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. At least two years of experience in comprehensive Med/Surg/PACU or ICU nursing. IVCS experience preferred.
