Looking for Director of Nursing for small skilled nursing facility located in Fredericksburg, Texas.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a current RN licenses.
Ability to complete tasks and assignments in a timely manner.
Ability to work positively with staff, residents and families.
Prior nurse management in long term care/skilled nursing preferred.
Must have knowledge to complete MDS.
Will be responsible for patient care, management, resource management, and fiscal management.
Will be responsible for staff performance, staff recruitment, staff retention, and staff development.
